1. What is class A and class B ?
Factory liquidators offer brand new products and refurbished products. Class A is brand new items. Refurbished products are Class B, they not used items but items that have been re-boxed. After which the item is re- checked and processed and then repackaged.
2. What is the return policy?
Here at factory liquidators we give our customers 3 months warranty on refurbished items and 6 months warranty on brand new products.
3. Is a return authorization number required to return?
A return authorization number is a number given by the manufacturer for product tracking purposes and a confirmation number that tells us you have been approved for replacement and or repair.
4. When is the credit card charged?
Upon receiving your order, once we have your item packaged and ready to be shipped we will charge your credit card.
5. Is my credit card number save on the web site?
No! We guarantee that your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Once your item is shipped we do not keep any personal information in data nor do we give out any information.
6. How do I check status of item shipped or backordered?
Once you place your order, you will be given an invoice provided with a tracking number.
7. Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship only in North American (Canada & U.s) & South America The shipping price varies based on the zip code, size and weight of your product.
8. If I order more than one item do I get charged for handling twice?
No you will not be charged twice for handling fees. you will be given an estimate according to size and weight of your order.
9. Do I need to create an account?
No you do not need to create an account to place an order.
10. What forms of payment do you accept?

11. If you do not have a part listed in your website can I order them?
Yes you can call our service center in Mississauga @ 905 602-8295 and ask to be connected to the parts department. A representative should be able to address your queries.
12. Do you repair products or replace them?
We offer both repair services, warranty and replacement services at our service center for products that are in- warranty and out of warranty. We are open from Monday to Friday From 10.00am to 6.00pm(Closed Friday 1pm - 3pm) and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00 pm. If you have more questions call WAREHOUSEOUTLET @ 905 602-8295
